TECHNIQUE, FOOTWORK AND CARDIO TAUGHT BY AMATEUR + PROFFESIONAL BOXING TRAINERS

Pulse8 boxing classes are run by professionally trained coaches. Our coaches have had years of experience and all been involved in multiple amateur fights. The classes are programmed to allow boxers of all skill levels to participate, with the sessions involving a mix of technique, footwork and cardio. Our Wednesday morning class also includes a sparring session for those interested in getting some experience in the ring!
