Pulse8 StrengthFit is a balance between strength training and HIIT. Focusing on functional movements under load, these sessions provide a fun but challenging experience for all involved. Your fitness level will dictate your intensity in these sessions. If you have experience in lifting then get ready for an intense workout, if your new to the game, come ready to learn. These classes will cater for all and will guarantee you leave feeling like you’ve been worked!
