Pulse8’s athlete development program has been constructed to provide athletes an opportunity to partake in strength and conditioning training to assist in improving their overall sport performance.
Focusing on key areas of athleticism including strength, power, speed, stability, mobility and most importantly injury prevention. The program has seen a number of junior athletes turn professional in sports including AFL, baseball, MMA and boxing. Current AFL stars Max Gawn (Melbourne FC), Jack Higgins (Richmond FC), Brayden Maynard (Collingwood FC), Jeremy Howe (Collingwood FC), Tom Mitchell (Hawthorn FC, Collingwood FC), Toby Greene (GWS FC), Pat Lipinski (Collingwood FC), Laith Vandermeer (Western Bulldogs FC), Conor Stone (GWS FC), Finn Callaghan (GWS FC) and Bobby Hill (Collingwood FC) are some of the big names to have partaken in our program.
This program is for athletes of all ages and is highly encouraged if your aim is to be at the top of your game!
