PULSE8 GROUP TRAINING FOR PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL GROUPS

Pulse8 offers a variety of group training sessions for school groups of all ages. Our unique school programs can involve any of the following components:

  • HIIT

  • Boxing

  • Strength & Conditioning

  • StrengthFit

We can cater for groups of any size and will provide multiple trainers for larger groups, ensuring only the highest quality sessions. At Pulse8 Centre we pride ourselves on educating students how to move better and create healthy lifestyles. Our centre will not only provide students with a fun and intense workout, but we will also educate your students on proper movement techniques and correct training principles to ensure they are performing the most efficient workouts.

VCE TAILORED TRAINING AND THEORY PROGRAMS

Our VCE program has been carefully crafted for year 11 and 12 students, allowing them to apply what they are learning in the classroom to a strength and conditioning model in the gym. Working closely with McKinnon Secondary College, the theory applied in our program has been taken from the most recent PE curriculum for both year levels, meaning the theory taught in our programs is highly relatable for the students.

The sessions involve 4-5 one-hour classes with 15 minutes of theory work and 45 minutes of strength and conditioning. The theory includes several sport science topics including exercise physiology, exercise metabolism, nutrition, and resistance training.  The practical component involves a structured strength and conditioning program where the students can link up the theory focus for each session.
