Meet Jords one of Pulse8’s managers and our running machine! Jords is a long distance athlete and specialises in helping other long distance runners performance their best through tailored Strength and Conditioning PT. You can join Jordan for an action-packed HIIT session 5:30am Fridays!

Meet Miles our Head of Strength and Conditioning here at Pulse8 Centre. Miles takes care of all things S&C, programming, member care and injury rehab. Miles’ attention to detail in his coaching ensures our S&C members get the best tailored program for their needs. Miles is also an athlete development coach, specialising in Cricket at a local and high performance level.

With her broad knowledge across Mat and Reformer Pilates plus strength training, Ana creates the best sessions possible for our members to experience fun and challenging hybrid classes. Join Ana to level up your Pilates training on Tuesdays and Thursdays with Strength and HIIT hybrid Reformer classes!

Meet Nathaniel one of our Strength and Conditioning coaches! Nathaniel has extensive knowledge across 8 years of experience helping countless general population and athlete clients navigate their way through injuries and restore movement. Nathaniel played a key role in establishing our highly successful S&C program, especially our rehab program. He also works in a high performance setting with youth tennis athletes!

Erica takes pride in ensuring our current and new members are looked after for the best training experience possible! Erica has a passion for strength training and olympic weightlifting. She takes this passion into her personal training helping them learn new skills and build confidence!

Meet Alli one of our HIIT coaches! Alli brings the energy on Tuesday and Thursday mornings to give you the best HIIT sessions week in week out! With a background in weight training and running, she provides well-rounded training for individuals looking to improve all aspects of their fitness. Alli trains mostly general population clients helping them to build strength, confidence and find enjoyment in the gym!

Meet Noah! Noah coaches our cardio based classes here at Pulse8! Noah runs a high energy Altitude Chamber StrengthFit session Tuesday nights and you can also catch him alongside Jossy for 5:30am HIIT HARD Tuesday mornings! Noah’s personal training covers all things athlete development! He coaches clients of various ages through injury rehab and to improve athletic performance!

LIAM PURCELL
Meet Liam one of our athlete development coaches! Liam works alongside Cory with Pulse8’s Athlete Development Program. Liam coaches amateur level, VFL and AFL cliental, helping them to prevent injury and improve our overall performance. Liam also works with general population clients helping them overcome lower back and shoulder issues, getting them back to training at 100%.

Meet Ash! Ash coaches a variety of classes at Pulse8! You can catch her for our Olympic Lifting S&C class and a high energy HotBox class Wednesday nights! Plus our Full Body S&C day on Thursdays! Ash is passionate about helping people begin their fitness journey as well as helping youth basketball athletes improve their performance! With her kind and supportive approach, Ash will help you achieve your potential!

Meet Nick one of our athlete development coaches! Nick is one of our Athlete Development Program coaches and he also works with Jordan Pollard in the ProKick Australia Program. Nick has experience coaching a variety of athletes from local football, VFL, AFL and NFL. Nick takes his experience in High Performance coaching into helping our members improve their function and strength within our S&C classes.

Meet Lily one of our Pilates coaches! Lily is a high energy coach with a background in high performance swimming, pilates and strength training! You can train with Lily on Monday nights for HIIT X Reformer Pilates, on Saturdays for Reformer X Mat Pilates and a massive combination Pilates session too! If you are looking for a new challenge in your training look no further than Lily’s classes!

Meet James! James is our circuit class specialist! With many years of experience in the industry, James brings a variety of exercises and movement variability to his Monday 5:30am StrengthFit class! James coaches a variety of general population clients with different goals and needs. James is a fantastic coach for anyone from beginners to well-trained individuals looking to challenge themselves!
