At Pulse8 Centre we have developed a unique facility that offers the highest quality in individual and group training. Our skilled team of university educated trainers and will provide you with the most efficient and effective training programs applicable.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Our Strength & Conditioning (S&C) classes have been programmed specifically to allow the general population to experience the highest quality of resistance training. Using proven scientific methods, our university-trained coaches will guide you toward achieving your strength goals by utilizing the most efficient programs suited to you. Our methods are not only effective but are safe, and you will never complete a lift without our coaches’ supervision.
No matter what level of experience you have in the gym, our coaches will design a program that is specified to your capabilities, promising you will always leave the gym feeling better and more educated than when you walked in. The S&C membership requires a screening session prior to commencing, so contact us if you're interested in starting.
HOTBOX
Music, energy and bloody hard work! Get ready to challenge yourself like never before with our Hotbox classes. 30-45 mins of high intensity interval training in Pulse8’s HotBox set at a steamy 30 Degrees! Once you're in there's no getting out!!
PULSE8 PILATES: MAT FIT & HOT MAT
Our Mat Fit classes blend Mat Pilates and High-Intensity Cardio together to create a full-body workout that elevates your heart rate, increases strength and improves endurance. Alternatively, you can turn up the heat with our 30 & 45min Hot Mat classes! A full-body burn that builds strength, stability and mobility. From Monday - Thursday and Saturdays, you are spoilt for choice with these dynamic, sweat-filled session.
THE CHAMBER
Pulse8 HIIT classes are one of a kind! Now they are even better with The Chamber! With less oxygen in the air, get ready to work harder than ever before in our high altitude cardio classes. You can experience Altitude training in either our LOCK IN 30 minute Chamber session or in combination with our classic Pulse8 HIIT and Strengthfit classes.
SEXY SATURDAY
Join Joss & G every Saturday 8:00am for an hour of good vibes and hard training. Come prepared for anything - AMRAPs, core work, high-intensity cardio, heavy strength training, and more. We can promise that you’ll walk out high on endorphins, ready to take on the weekend.
STRENGTHFIT
StrengthFit is a balance between strength training and HIIT. Focusing on functional movements under load, these sessions provide a fun but challenging experience for all involved. Your fitness level will dictate your intensity in these sessions. If you have experience in lifting then get ready for an intense workout, if your new to the game, come ready to learn. These classes will cater for all and will guarantee you leave feeling like you’ve been worked!
HIIT
Our HIIT classes are one of a kind! The energy and effort involved in these sessions with leave you with more than just a sweat! These classes involve 45 minutes of circuited cardio training utilizing the most efficient methods for fat burning and calorie expenditure. Our trainers will do more than encourage in these sessions, we educate and critique all your lifts, ensuring your always moving in the most optimal manner. Whether your aim is to lose fat, increase aerobic capacity, or just to get your body moving, then these are the classes for you!
