STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Our Strength & Conditioning (S&C) classes have been programmed specifically to allow the general population to experience the highest quality of resistance training. Group training classes with personalized programming ensuring you receive maximum results. Utilizing combinations of strength and mobility exercises, the strength & conditioning classes are the best way to improve strength and movement function. Our methods are not only effective but are safe, and you will never complete a lift without our coaches’ supervision.

No matter what level of experience you have in the gym, our coaches will design a program that is specified to your capabilities, promising you will always leave the gym feeling better and more educated than when you walked in.

HOTBOX

Music, energy and bloody hard work! Get ready to challenge yourself like never before with our Hotbox classes. 30-45 mins of high intensity interval training in Pulse8’s HotBox set at a steamy 30 Degrees! Once you're in there's no getting out!!

PULSE8 PILATES: MAT FIT & HOT MAT

Our Mat Fit classes blend Mat Pilates and High-Intensity Cardio together to create a full-body workout that elevates your heart rate, increases strength and improves endurance. Alternatively, you can turn up the heat with our 30 & 45min Hot Mat classes! A full-body burn that builds strength, stability and mobility. From Monday - Thursday and Saturdays, you are spoilt for choice with these dynamic, sweat-filled session.

Welcome to the Pulse8 Chamber! Shut the door, turn the aircon on, and get ready to feel like you're climbing Mount Everest. These high-intensity cardio classes are nothing like you've ever seen before.

SEXY SATURDAY

Join Joss & G every Saturday 8:00am for an hour of good vibes and hard training. Come prepared for anything - AMRAPs, core work, high-intensity cardio, heavy strength training, and more. We can promise that you’ll walk out high on endorphins, ready to take on the weekend.

STRENGTHFIT

Pulse8 StrengthFit is a resistance based session with high volumes programmed to make you work!

Each day is specific to predominantly upper or lower-body movements, utilizing complex lifts ensuring a challenging experience for all involved. If you have experience in lifting then get ready for an intense workout, if your new to the game, come ready to learn. These classes will cater for all and will guarantee you leave feeling like you’ve been worked!

Get ready for your P8 StrengthFit classes to get even better! This hybrid strength and cardio class is going to challenge you like never before. Half strength, half chamber - what a combo!

HIIT/HIIT HARD

Pulse8 HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes are one of a kind! These high-energy, community driven classes involve 45 minutes of circuited cardio training utilizing the most efficient methods for energy expenditure. Our trainers will do more than encourage in these sessions; we educate and critique all your lifts, ensuring your always moving in the most optimal manner.

HYBRID SUNDAYS

Hosted by Free Millions Racing Club founders and Pulse8 Coaches Zane & Izak, our Sunday Race Club boasts hybrid-style training accessible for all. Expect a carefully curated mix of threshold work, strength training & high-intensity efforts. Whether you’re a seasoned Hyrox athlete or keen to try Hyrox training for the first time, Pulse8 Centre is the place to be on Sunday.
