Our Pulse8 Gold Trial is a 14-day trial which provides the perfect opportunity to trial all classes on the Pulse8 Timetable, including our exclusive Strength & Conditioning classes. You will also receive a welcome & set-up phone call from our Head of Strength and Conditioning prior to your first class.

*If you are injured or are a beginner lifter, you will be required to complete a 1hr Screening Session with our Head of Strength & Conditioning prior to starting your Gold Trial. Please contact us at info@pulse8centre.com before purchasing your Gold Trial.

*If you choose to sign up to an ongoing Pulse8 Gold Membership after your trial, you may be required to complete the 1hr Screening Session.
